I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist.

Although my professional journey began in other fields, I have always been drawn to people and the complexities of the human mind. It is in those moments of honest, vulnerable connection that I feel most alive, and it was this pull that ultimately led me to become a therapist. I consider it a profound honour to do this work.

I practice with compassion, empathy, and without judgment. I offer my clients unconditional positive regard, confidentiality, care, and above all, a consistent and reliable therapeutic relationship.

When I work with a client, my primary focus is to walk alongside you in your story, helping you understand yourself more deeply. Together, we may explore difficult truths, draw meaningful connections, and gently approach what may have been avoided. I will challenge you at times, but always with care and your best interests at heart.
